Finally got to check out Campus Burgers in /sanjose. Right next to SJSU on Paseo de San Antonio. Recently opened and already making waves for crazy low prices (by Bay Area standards, but still low for most of the country).

Interestingly, they don't accept cash and encourage mobile ordering, so I wonder if they would be open to accepting $USDC

If I ever run into the owner, I'd do it. Though I'm curious what their existing pain points are with their current payment systems and why they choose to be card only: is it cash logistics / theft, keeping queue wait times low, or something else?

Same guess... As much as interchange fees & chargebacks are expensive, so are the opportunity costs & risks of processing cash payments. That's just a guess though, I've never run this type of business. Would be an interesting conversation.
