So unbelievably inspired by all the thought and care that went into Apple’s new design system as of *OS 26+.

They really thought of everything. Lensing. Specular highlights. Concentricity. Ramp animations. Anchoring elements. Guide points. Magic Replace. Layering. Progressive disclosure.

They even baked an entire privacy-preserving state machine runtime into visionOS so that apps can define transitions for UI elements WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO TRACK WHERE YOU’RE CURRENTLY LOOKING. 🤯

My guess would be that it's because it goes against the consensus take that Apple can't innovate, that they botched this UX launch and that they failed to innovate on other fronts like Siri, and that this all overshadows the technical achievement and level of detail that was necessary to pull Liquid Glass off.
