The whole app is there + the database. They make it very easy to integrate.

Yep! Thus the question. I've gotten feedback and competitive info from people who use free services. So I'm very interested in devs who use paid services. 

Are you using Next.js on Railway or what does it look like?

I'm running a traditional web-app with a vanilla frontend, Express.js backend, and PostreSQL for the database.
