Good morning, Friends!

Apparently today I’m going to my first street market. I have no idea what that is, but I do know I didn’t get my morning walk because of it.

I’m all about supporting local, but at what cost.

Back home from my outing. Napped, but still exhausted. Emotionally fulfilled, and ready to tell you all about it.

So, for those of you unfamiliar with a street market, it is, as far as I can tell, an organized public event where everyone gathers to admire me.

There is art, food, and music. There are people standing behind tables who sometimes give you treats if you make eye contact long enough.

And most importantly: there are SO MANY NEW FRIENDS.

Everywhere I turned, someone wanted to say hello. Adults smiled at me. Children gasped. One person said, “Oh my god, he’s perfect.” (I said thank you with an enthusiastic tail wag.)

It was loud. It was exciting. It smelled incredible and confusing.
I get it now.
It’s not a walk, it's BETTER.
