What's the best way to support bi-directional cross-chain transactions? For @megapot V2, we want users on non-EVM L1s to kick off a transaction on Base and bridge resulting funds back to their home chain Please shill me x-chain providers or projects that do this well 🙏

We have two cases we're looking to cover. For background our jackpot is on Base. 1) A user on World wants to buy a ticket. At a high level this is just a bridge and then execute a txn on the other end (basically can pass along calldata) 2) A user wins a prize and now wants to get their prize on World. The app they're in doesn't have a chain switcher because its a native World app so we need to give them some way to initiate the claim on Base and then bridge the proceeds back to World. The above is relatively achievable with EVM chains using off-chain signatures though still need some service to submit the transaction on Base. Where this use case gets tricky is extending it to say TON, where you have ppl solely on TON chain and we need to get them a way to execute txns on Base and bridge back proceeds to TON
