It's personal however, I can't speak for every designer obviously. Maybe do both? A short version for people like me and an extended description when people want to learn more so there are no stones unturned.

Less text to read. To be honest most of these things are to much page filler anyway. If I like the company and the project and I can design that's all I need to know.
