I find it hard to watch these over polished, stilted Apple event videos without getting the creeps. Esp. Tim Apple. Over determined Dad jokes. It's not even a parody of the old days...I don't know what it is. It feels tired and fake.

I've always avoided the cringe live and just followed the realtime chat stream Endgadget has been doing for 15 years, followed by the post show write up. Great way to bypass the try hard aspects and get right to the stats.
