What’s the real difference between Cursor and Windsurf at this point?

They both seem to use the same models and feel totally interchangeable VS clones.

Is there a reason to use one over the other? Anyone have thoughts or firsthand experience?

Do you guys actually use the Agentic section features within the editors? 

I’ve tried them a few times but never found them useful. Has anything changed recently? My workflow tools are SuperTab (IDE), Chat (o3 or Opus), Cloude Code (which still feels like the killer feature)

I think this is the default mode now? I find myself using Claude code more often since it needs less handholding for viewing the whole code base, but cursor agentic felt like I was still a bit more behind the steering wheel

Now using them in tandem

Currently I use just Copilot (I know it went out of style :) but still functional for me) and cursor chats. I don’t trust the agent mode yet but I’ll test run it over the weekend.  But I tried Claude code and it was actually pretty good.
