Level 1 already says a lot (https://warpcast.com/goverland/0x71e947d6). If the token’s live, voting happens, and people still show up, that means the DAO is alive and relevant
Whether it’s healthy or not still takes judgement, context, and, for sure, time
And yeah, sometimes a DAO might even shift into a kind of “founder mode” if there’s consensus around it. We’ve seen it happen. It’s not good or bad either
What matters is whether people stay engaged, and whether the DAO stays open to change. That’s what makes Nouns interesting

Love that you brought in the idea of a “governance white-hat hacker” as we need more roles like that when power has to be concentrated👍

The "governance white-hat hacker" thing is just a role I imagined, as I haven't seen it in reality. I got the idea from a management podcast about "founder mode" in corporate crises, combined with the concept of security white-hat hackers.

I really hope we see a role like this emerge. We've seen lots of governance attacks motivated by profit, but an "attack" for better guarding would be totally new. That's what I want to see, for on-chain governance and for my ideal world. If this process brings new, innovative ideas that add some light to crypto beyond the PVP, even better.
