Onchain orgs seem to swing back and forth between centralization and decentralization, and right now the pendulum has swung toward the centralized side. This back-and-forth is a kind of self-evolution and correction, gradually finding a relatively stable balance point, then breaking that balance again. Even though the overall direction might be toward decentralization, the process still involves pendulum-like swings, two steps forward, one step back.
