What do you call this bird in your area? Where I live, there are a lot of them. They often hang out in flocks and love eating tiny seeds.

Yeah, every country has its own name for this bird. In my place, we call them burung gereja (which means “church bird”). I really love their sound, especially when they’re chirping together or kinda,,competing, with their voices. It’s so fun to listen to!

Yeah, totally! They really love hanging out in flocks, and it’s so fun to hear them chirping back and forth. By the way, do you also have white-eye birds in your area? You know, those tiny, super active birds with sweet little songs. They’re pretty charming too!

Japan is pretty well-known for this white-eye bird. Here, we call it Pleci. Yeah, tiny birds like that are super quick, it’s so hard to catch them with a phone camera!

Oh yes! Once I googled it, I immediately recognize them. They love, cherry blossoms and plum blossoms so I usually see them in the spring hanging out in the trees, but they’re very small and very fast.

Oh yeah, totally! Pleci are such tiny, lively birds. They love to hang out in groups, and their yellow feathers with those cute little white "glasses" around their eyes make them super adorable. I honestly really love these birds. I used to keep a few of them back then. Every morning, their chirping would wake me up, like a natural alarm clock. Their singing always made my mornings feel alive.
