Oh snap. If I was a developer and my rewards were tied to getting more Pro users using my app, I would be targeting those users with airdrops and notifications.

Maybe NOT having a Pro Badge could really leave you out in the cold.

There are a lot of folks still on the fence about pro. $120 is a lot of money. Many folks are waiting for monthly. 

But it’s starting to feel like it’s becoming more than just a social flex and I want folks to have all the data to make an informed decision on spending that money vs waiting.

I think Developers will cherry pick. The worrying language is “high signal users” and tying incentives to targeting those users.

Yeah, I think Farcaster pro targeted campaigns and launches will be a thing for a while... could be just the beginning or a phase.
If things exclusively kind of go Pro caster only however, it sort of masks as a very soft Farcaster subscription fee for "Full Access" if you follow my drift.  

But I think the Farcaster take is "Developers decide" and not the Farcaster team. In their eyes, they are already offering pretty much full access and service, but developers cherry pick the users they want to serve. 

This is probably the realistic outcome.
