Sometimes we drink matcha. Sometimes we eat it. There is no wrong way to enjoy it. Just don’t get ripped off paying for ceremonial grade matcha in a latte. If they are adding milk and sugar, any matcha is great matcha.

I can imagine it so! I had a mille matcha crepe cake in a trainstation in Japan once that was so balanced in sweet cream and texture. 🤤 maybe I should go to Sawtelle or little Tokyo for some treats today
