Finally updated my personal site. Ended up going with a Rust SSG called Zola.

It’s a single binary, “Just Works,” and is super fast to deploy.

I used to use NextJS but a workflow package was deprecated, which finally pushed me over the edge to go zero dependencies forever.

interesting.. the node ecosystem definitely has some issues in the long run – especially with projects that might have years in between deploys.
