The trick is to use your voice peacefully. People listen closer to a whisper than a fist.

This is where I differ from a lot of folks - in my mind there's no such thing as making change through peace. There's always some form of disruption needed based on the opposing force. I don't advocate for escalation, but the powers that be take care of that themselves.
