New update for INDICADO (v2)

- fixed more bugs, oh god the bugs they're everywhere
- adjusted difficulty curve, to spend more time in the FUN zone
- removed ceiling slam
- normalized jumps to same gravity
- made spikes smaller, more room for player
- more lenient collision for first jump (so you don't flip instead of jump)

All in all, in a day I think we moved this 1/5 quick jam game to a 2/5. More to be done still. 

Interesting challenge to try to get to fun gameplay within the (self-imposed) constraints here: horizontal infinite runner, one tap game.
