Oh wow.

Tried the Climb or Die challenge today. It was quite laggy on my computer. I always got a bit of lag the closer the lava got, but today it was quite unbearable all the time. Maybe 10-20 FPS gameplay.

I open the frame in a different tab, just to check if it's any better. Nope.

Then I open the frame in Brave browser instead.

Silky smooth animations. Never experienced the game like this. I got 516 on first try.

It's not like it was *awful* before, but maybe I was getting 30-50 FPS and not noticing it. Compared to either 60 FPS or 144 FPS today (I didn't check). 

Oh, yeah, the key insight? Normally, I am using the piece of garbage browser known as Firefox.

Firefox is such a disgrace nowadays. I see it break spectacularly in some fashion at least once a week. And, if you point *that* out, you get a barrage of answers from people who presumably use the Internet to do two or three things tops.

But then, the competition is increasingly user-hostile too in a more big corpo way. There's no winning.
