In Yuropooria, stock culture is nonexistent. You're mostly supposed to get on your knees and let the state handle pensions (better hope the ponzi is still going 40 years from now, heyy). I bought one stock when I was a kid, my dad made me do it as a teaching moment. I lost all my money. It was quite the teaching moment. Never bought a stock ever again.
