Finally, I cleared Based Poker Quest (= all quests completed). š This has been the best experience I've had on the Platform-Formerly-Known-As-Farcade. (So far. I have no doubt we're in for a stream of bangers.) I love games that make me learn. I know nothing about poker, so the learning curve was double layered here. I got to familiarize myself with all the various rules, gradually increasing both my pattern recognition and my ability to use the game board itself. @insidethesim.eth posted a video of the top player (Lize4? TightCourt?) we unjustly suspected of cheating, proving he could do royal flushes with ease. Each round, that player took a couple seconds to think, then slid the cards fast. This helped me a lot. For some reason it never dawned on me I could slide the mouse. I would always click cards one by one, which was slow and error-prone. Funnily enough, I think I differ with the advice ITS himself posted: focusing on the quests seems to work best for me. 1/2

If I keep my mind focused on the quest at hand, I tend to progress faster. It acts as a guide, and I rack up points as I set it up anyway. Plus, having a big buffer timer feels nicer than to live in fear of the last seconds bell. That one always kills my concentration! This is such an excellent game. I consider myself done, mostly because I need to quit the addiction - if only we had more than 24 hours in a day. Even then, I know I won't be able to keep myself from coming back.
