Being too locked in really messes with your physical health — I'm 21 but my body feels 10 years older. What's a good approach for getting back into exercising regularly after being physically inactive for months?

Start with a body part you enjoy working out. For me its usually chest or back. Hopefully that helps you get back at it. Don't go too hard.
