One of the most powerful tricks for managing a Very Online presence is judicious use of the block button. I have a liberal one strike policy. If you are attacking someone else or clearly posting spam, you get blocked. Life is too short to expose yourself to the endless personal problems of people on the internet.

What about things you really disagree with but are not "attacking", and how do you draw the line?

"Life is too short to expose yourself to ..." 👏 👏 👏 + All stuff we expose ourselves to on internet or irl to our mind (mental health), are analogous to what we eat & our body in general! So negligence is too expensive to afford!

This is the best way to handle these types of things. If someone is posting ignorant things even once, it should be enough to know you don’t need that energy in your life.
