I need to get back to – cooking during the week – walking 10k steps a day – drinking a gallon of water Also going to the gym but these feel more approachable given that they’re mostly “passive” and daily lifestyle choices

you should use /commitment the trick is posting what you’re going to do *the night before* commit when you have motivation, instead of hoping it will be there when you need to do the activity
