In the past couple of days, the temperatures in Sofia went from 30+ C (85+ F) to 20 C (69 F) and lower with cold wind 🥶 My body feels rekt 😵💫 I hate these wild temperature swings. Has anybody else feel the same in situations like this?

Same in Warsaw. Rainy and cold. There is no summer this year. Only spring and autumn. Depressing

Totally feel you on that! 😩 These sudden weather changes really mess with the body headaches, fatigue, even mood swings. One day it’s summer, the next it feels like fall. No wonder we’re feeling wrecked! Hang in there hopefully the weather settles down soon
