A savvy degen farmer could short DEGEN 1:1 on Coinbase or Binance after locking it in the vault, creating a delta-neutral position immune to price swings. They’d farm hard, and if banned, they wouldn’t lose money. I suspect this is already happening. Without slashing, the vault is ineffective against farming.

@jacek It’s not that risk-free. There is a short squiz that can eliminate the positions of such comrades. On the one hand, this is good for the price (but of course at the moment), the price would have increased on such a movement, since the stops of shortists are market purchases. Maybe it’s good?
