we make it at home about every second week - and we bake our own bread too

Now that’s interesting… I never tried baking bread… but I m quite peculiar about bread… being French 🤣

i am too - has to be the best quality flour

i have a good recipe - well a few - they are very interchangeable for brown flour or white - and milk loaf or water 

and sourdough

Where did you find them? Or it is one you made and adjusted yourself ?

i found the original bread recipe in a steiner school kids recipe book and adapted it. pizza recipe adapted from ruth rogers river cafe – all very highly adapted - got the recipes written down – with pics - will send tomorrow if i remember
