There seems to be a somewhat widespread meme that 2025 is bull market year. 

I don’t really remember similar memes for 2017 or 2021. 

Can’t tell if this is collective cope if there’s any weight at all to this prediction.

I've heard the idea that it's going to be 24 and 25. And that could very well be the case, 24 as a warm-up to a really strong bull run in 25. At least the crypto space has evolved quite a bit in that time and I think at a minimum Ethereum is undervalued given all the infrastructure that's being developed right now.
