I think there was a really good point brought up about the limitations of passkey signing UIs wrt creating legible signing requests.

You’re probably thinking of passkeys primarily for creation of an SCA and then delegation to various sessions?

He is probably talking about the fact that Passkeys uses a NIST-approved curve

Which is something that Satoshi avoided on the suspicion of hidden backdoors

But the reality is that Apple and Google only use NIST-approved curves for their secure enclaves 

Passkeys is needed for Web3 mainstream adoption

Conflicted about this, the purist in me says hell no but the realist says that’s probably for the best.

How would it work exactly, and is it in line with EIP-7702?

Really interesting, but, how would it look? Using passkeys to sign? as auth? storing passkeys on-chain?
My biggest concern rn with passkeys is that I read they are basically vendor-locked to the provider storing them (are there alternatives for this atm?)
