If you’ve listened to my podcast, you know how deeply social media has shaped my journey — the good, the bad, and the parts that nearly broke me. So when she asked me to join, I hesitated. I wasn’t sure I had the answers. But I knew I had my truth.

Social media can uplift, but it can also consume. It gives visibility — and invisibility. So I chose honesty. No polished take, just the raw reality:

1.Create for yourself. You are already enough. You don’t need to prove your worth to strangers on a screen.
2.Stop performing. The only validation that matters is your own.
3.Disconnect to reconnect. Go offline. The real world is where inspiration — and healing — live.
