Successful roasting of some El Salvador beans yesterday means in a week or so I’ll have a new batch of City Roast to start experimenting with. Till then it’s my Kenya which I’m still really happy with.

Latest Rok Shot. Starting to feel this particular roast is too dark (Italian tho..) and could benefit from something lighter blended in to balance it.

I did the same thing. Same result. I post my espresso shots, the periodic thoughts that pop into my mind, and share friends’ work that I think is particularly valuable or interesting. I don’t post Mini Apps shares when I win a pittance of tokens. The FC algo seems to be punishing for that by not giving me 3 USDC. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Same Kenya bean, this one is a darker Italian roast. I pretty much have the Dark Roasts dialed in. It’s the Medium/City roasts that I need to spend a bit more time with, and that will happen with the next roasting.
