ur internship’s garden got infested with asian jumping worms, so u had to sit and pick them out, one by one, only when u went to roll up this big stack of hay they were under, u accidentally uncovered a ground wasp nest, felt a pinch like a needle and realized u got stuck, and now two hours later, ur left wrist is blowing up like a balloon

HA no they are not… but they are here in ithaca!!! the worms are rlly a big infestation problem for everyone, they’re invasive and hard to get rid of. the wasps apparently move every year so we’ll just not bother them for now but boy, i do not love my swollen arm rn
