Discovered dry brushing around 2016 and I think it is one of the most underrated health tools! I’m a dry brush evangelist.

Also curious what you know/think about Nutrafol. I only know it in the context of YouTube influencers getting criticized for promoting it - but didn’t investigate further.

I keep seeing it on TikTok so now I need to learn to dry brush!! 

I used nutrafol like two years ago cuz I think I’m balding and got all these baby hairssss 😀😀 so i think / hope it works. So expensive tho I heard rogaine does the same thing but I like the pretty packaging 🥹

Not sure if they already say this on TikTok but I like adding a little bit of essential oil to the brush when using. So good for lymphatic drainage (gross words, but great feeling).
