Love this idea of a Community Support team that came out of our discussion at @pichi's State of the Union call yesterday!! We also threw around the idea of a Bug Report channel, or even Mini App, where reports are compiled and people can just +1 already reported issues. I could also see it going beyond bugs to something like a wish list of things the community wants that can be up voted or down voted to gage what is a priority for the team.
