Nodoguro Ramen Nodoguro is the Japanese name for Blackthroat Seaperch. Here, ramen noodles are lavishly prepared with nodoguro, a luxury fish. It is a standard practice to leave about half of the soup and add rice to it to further enjoy it as nodoguro chazuke.
