I just recently learned that for chia seeds to actually be “effective” for your gut health, you have to soak them in water before eating them. I used to just put it in my yogurt.

Throw them in a mason jar in the fridge overnight! You can even do little things to help flavor them as they absorb and change. The texture and water-blandness though was a bit of an acquired thing for me though, kind of like tapioca pearls.
