The quality of my life has increased significantly by deleting web 2 socials from my phone and keeping Farcaster. I still doom scroll (although much less vs reels), my feed is quite interesting (I love a lot of the non crypto channels), I trade, and I earn a bit.

Ran my first marathon today!! I wanted to try to hit sub 4 hours but I went too fast in the first half which led to cramps. I loved the journey of training up to the marathon, till next time ⚡️⚡️
