I started marketing 4 years ago, since then the cost of ads has almost doubled And it's only going to increase further The smart play is to go organic Here's what has actually works for me: Build community with real purpose Get your team posting authentically Create referral loops that scale themselves Organic costs time but saves thousands long-term As Paid ads get more expensive. Organic gets more valuable

Kaito expanding its algo to IG and TikTok might just be the best thing for crypto marketing Crypto marketing has been stuck on CT for years. Few experimented with TikTok but that share is negligible Kaito expanding solves the fundamental problem of why we don't market outside CT Most think it's because marketers don't create outside CT The problem is consumption, not creation With Kaito tracking IG & TikTok, this will drive people to consume crypto content there, giving brands better data and reason to create outside CT More avenues to experiment with different content forms & onboard normies Hopefully we'll finally see some banger crypto campaigns outside the echo chamber this time

Mindshare is awareness campaigns, they're not supposed to drive adoption or get users You need retention loops and conversion campaigns alongside Stop expecting awareness-only to magically convert users. That's not how marketing works.

We're gatekeeping our own industry with wallet logins It kills adoption In our project, we've used social logins for 3+ years This lets us onboard users outside CT CAC is better, retention is higher

You don't need to be famous on CT Just need the basics: A post that actually tells your story A bio that explains who you are and why it matters One pinned tweet about you or your project Start small See what lands Double down on what works

Please stop writing like you're submitting a research paper Nobody wakes up excited to read about your "revolutionary protocol architecture." Instead, tell us why you actually care about this stuff. What problem keeps you up at night? What do you see that we're all missing?

For everyone saying InfoFi has ruined their TL because everyone is posting for money Hate to break it to you, but this was always the case InfoFi has just replaced backdoor KOL deals The money was always there Now it's visible

AmbassadorGrowthBook #4 If your "campaign" is just your brand posting then ambassadors reposting - that's not a real campaign Here is how you can create a real campaign with a proven strategy called: Harmonic Convergence System (HCS) Real campaigns need specific roles for each participant Follow the Harmonic Convergence System (HCS): Treat ambassadors as a symphony with each tier playing a unique role Tier1 ambassadors set the theme Tier2 expand Tiers3 drive conversion Message reaches further and resonates deeper Leverages strengths across tiers for a cohesive narrative Drives engagement and growth effectively Tier 1: Awareness Short-form content that sets the narrative and creates initial buzz Tier 2: Consideration Long-form content (threads) that expands on the announcement, borrowing legitimacy from Tier 1 Tier 3: Conversion Multiple content pieces with clear CTAs, quote tweeting Tier 1 and 2 to leverage established narrative Keep a track of all the KPIs and reiterate

AmbassadorGrowthBook 3 Your ambassadors aren't lazy, you just never told them what success looks like Set clear expectations from day one Be clear what you expect from ambassadors Be clear what ambassadors can expect from you The more value they get, the better they'll perform How to do it right: 1. Clear rewards: Pay fairly. If they bring community, compensate accordingly Pre-TGE? Add stablecoin incentives alongside tokens. Could be flat, could be competitive DON'T BE CHEAP 2. Beyond money: Learn their goals and help achieve them. Help grow their socials. Cross-promote within your network. Small efforts create lasting loyalty. 3. Overcommunicate: Ambassadors juggle multiple projects. They miss updates. Share news early. Prepare them for major events. Everyone wins when expectations align. What's the best reward structure you have seen?

The biggest problem with crypto isn't tech or regulation It's managing expectations Founders thinks marketing means going viral Communities think airdrops mean getting rich Marketers think KOLs mean instant users These delusions create fake use cases, engagement, metrics

You're burning cash obsessing over mindshare Mindshare ≠ users Running campaigns on Cookie3 or Kaito is pure awareness play. That's it. Marketers need to understand there are 3 parts to any marketing funnel: 1. Awareness 2. Consideration 3. Conversion Running just ONE part of the funnel in isolation will never lead to real user acquisition It's marketing fundamentals Kaito and Cookie campaigns are probably the best awareness campaigns you can run They're definitely better than paying some KOL agency But if you're dumping money into mindshare campaigns without having consideration and conversion strategies ready to catch that awareness, you're just burning budget

3. Regional community: If you are expanding your community globally, you need regional expertise, and that's exactly what an ambassador brings. Ambassadors have a deeper understanding of their community- the sentiments, what resonates, what doesn't. This is a data point that no money can buy.

AmbassadorGrowthBook 1 Why even have an ambassador program? If you have ever invested (wasted) money in a influencer campaign, you know by now that they don't work. Most KOLs in CT have fake followers, farms engagement. And if that is not the case, they are COSTLY, & one post influencer campaigns never works. You are better off investing in an ambassador program for 3 simple reasons: 1. The law of 7 times: One needs to see your project at least 7 times before they can take a action. Paying an influencer to post about you once or twice will give no results. 2. Ambassadors simply cares more: Ambassadors are your community champions who already cares about your vision deeply. They add value to community, not just by amplifying your narrative , but in terms of product feedbacks, testing new features, insights on what will resonate with the community.

Team-led marketing sounds great in theory Getting your team to actually post is a nightmare 3 things that actually works: Show the Impact: "Your post drove 50 signups" is better than "please post more" Make it easy: Templates, topics, ideas, anything so they don't stare at a blank screen. Public recognition: RT their posts. Tag them in wins. stop asking for "on-brand" content and let them be human"

I understand the Discord hate. I hate it too. But what Discord offers, no other platform does. Telegram isn't close. Role-based notifications, automated contribution perks, interest-specific channels Discord solved it all.
