migrating to mainnet would be ideal. but hard to have deep enough liquidity for safe oracle etc. but we may expand to support L2s in future. especially if their daos could just lend us usds instead of issuing grants

gotcha. will keep an eye out for Base support then and we could prob rally the troops to allocate some of the treasury for this.
