There is no evolutionary advantage of sadness as a man. I think we convert all the negative emotions into anger because of this

Hopefully if that's the case we can evolve past it now lol. We need sadness for empathy. If we don't have that we lose our greatest evolutionary advantage - our collective power when we work as a community. Macho individualism is leading us to species collapse.

testosterone and grip strength are at all time lows, the world is going to shit, and macho individualism is the problem?

Idk about those stats but we have a patriarchal US regime that thinks empathy is a disorder and collectivism is terrorism. And we have various Oligarch men running the world through wars, proxy wars, weapons deals and violent threats. Where's the collectivism? Where's the feminism? Certainly not in power around the world. The strongest country best positioned for success over the next few decades on the other hand is organized around collectivism and collaboration (China). The countries ruled by individualism are in crisis and lashing out with violence in response. That seems like toxic masculinity to me, but I'm curious where the testosterone and hand strength things fit in? What do you think would be different if that were not the case?

I think you have a certain conclusion and reverse engineer a way to get there https://www.urologytimes.com/view/testosterone-levels-show-steady-decrease-among-young-us-men We’re not too far off from 2 girls graduating college for every boy. The Venezuelans are collectively doing amazing right now.

Well leaving politics aside, what would be different if we had what you consider to be ideal levels of testosterone and other healthy measures of masculinity? Especially in context of your first cast about dismissing any need for sadness and focusing on expressions of anger as a good thing.
