You may be right that his corrupt policies may be easier to pass in America because we're the land of bribery but I doubt it would help anyone get housing.

It's one of those things they promise every campaign, but they really just mean corrupt business as usual and special deals for their developer friends. But I'm not a New Yorker just talking away from a distance so don't mind me 😂

I mean yes nyc real estate is corrupt but increasing housing supply is one of the only things you can do to drive rents down Vs a rent freeze that probably won’t happen
