So technically, Solana uses a consensus algo that utilizes Proof of Stake (Answer B), and it achieves high throughput because of Proof of History (Answer C). The question basically asked for both answers. Thanks to @nmeow.eth for pointing this out!

Since the round didn't actually have one correct answer, which is the point of the game, I'm declaring it *invalid*.
