🎯 FAST TRIVIA Puzzles: How-To Guide 🧠 What Are Fast Trivia Puzzles? Fast Trivia Puzzles are speed-based multiple-choice trivia games where the fastest correct answers win prizes. Each puzzle rewards quick thinking and even quicker commenting — to win, you must comment the correct answer first. 💰 How Much Can I Win? Prize amounts may vary, but as of now, here’s the breakdown: 🥇 1st Place: 1000 $Seconds 🥈 2nd Place: 300 $Seconds 🥉 3rd Place: 200 $Seconds ⚡ What Are Multipliers? Multipliers boost your prize if you break speed records. Currently, there's one multiplier in play: Speed Record Multiplier: If you break the current speed record (20 seconds), your prize is multiplied by 4x. ✅ This applies to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place—as long as you beat the record. 🔗 Ties & How They Work Ties are common in Fast Trivia Puzzles. Here's how rewards are handled: Tie for 1st: All tied players receive the 1st place prize. Tie for 2nd: All tied players receive the 2nd place prize. Tie for 3rd: All tied players receive the 3rd place prize. 1st/2nd/3rd Tie: All receive the higher prize. In rare, complex tie situations, discretion will be used to resolve fairly. 🕒 How Is Timing Judged? Timing is based on Farcaster timestamps. To check timestamps: ➡️ Hover over the “minutes since post” next to any comment. Each round is reviewed after 3 correct answers are submitted. Please be patient while results are verified. 🧐 Can I Dispute a Result? Yes — mistakes can happen. If you believe a result is incorrect, send a DM to dispute and I’ll recheck the round. ✅ Eligibility & Answer Rules One answer per round per player. ➡️ If you comment multiple answers (e.g. “A”, then “B”, etc.), only your first is counted. Acceptable answer formats: Letter (e.g. A) Written answer (e.g. "Mercury") Number indicating the letter (e.g. 1 = A) Commenting other things on the post is fine — just remember, only your first submitted answer counts.

RAPID COUNT Round #4 is completed! FAST TRIVIA ROUND #24 has concluded. 😬 So technically, Solana uses a consensus algo that utilizes Proof of Stake (Answer B), and it achieves high throughput because of Proof of History (Answer C). The question basically asked for both answers. Thanks to @nmeow.eth for pointing this out! Since the round didn't actually have one correct answer, which is the point of the game, I'm declaring it *invalid*. FAST TRIVIA #24 will be rerun shortly with a new question. All 30 people who replied up until this point in time have been awarded 500 $Seconds each. 🙂 But that'll be my cut off for rewarding comments on that particular post so no new responses will be accepted. Apologies for the mix-up.

RAPID COUNT ROUND #3 is completed! The number of clocks in the image was *29*. Many correct answers, but for this game there can only be one winner. That glory goes to @nmeow.eth who answered correctly in 53 seconds. ⚡️ This is pretty crazy considering counting to 29 is included in that time. I'm actually awful at counting myself so partly why I do the diagram below is because I'm worried I'll report the wrong answer, as every time I count it seems to come out differently. But well done to @nmeow.eth on another win! And thanks all for playing. I'll keep experimenting with new formats for puzzles this week, but for today, I'll aim to do one more of each (Rapid, Fast Trivia & Seed Phrase) before the day is up. 🙂 It's about 5pm in my time zone at the moment. RAPID COUNT ROUND #2 is completed! The answer was 11. 🐈 AI isn't so good at generating cats en masse it turns out so that was my ceiling here. I tried to do many, many more. 😄 This puzzle format should be interesting in testing the engines - already I can predict that I'll just end up just drawing some of these puzzles myself. But, onto the important bit: results. As is common with our SPEED based quizzes, it's a tie! Both @chaeyoung and @berkahdoaibu responded in 25 seconds, jointly winning the prize. Speedy stuff. As with FAST Trivia, ties like this I'll reward both winners. So each are being sent 2000 $Seconds. 🎉 I'll also write up a guide for this game later on today hopefully. Results are in! In 1st place, we have a new winner - @conant - who put in a fantastic time for a 1st time winning! 26 seconds ⚡️ In 2nd place, we have @megajayar, not far behind on 35 seconds! And in 3rd, just a few seconds later, is @youngofficer77 who came in at 38 seconds. Prizes are being sent out now! 🎉 As for the question, the answer was D) Ethereum Virtual Machine. The term was coined in 2013 by @vitalik.eth in ETH's whitepaper. Think of like it Ethereum's brain, forever running smart contracts. It has pioneered so much to date, from NFTs to DeFi to DAOs, and is what essentially transitioned crypto as a whole from repetitive P2P coins into the widely used tech that it is today.

The RAPID COUNT experimental round is over. The correct answer was: 22. @nmeow.eth responded 1st in lightning fast speed. ⚡️ Both counting the dogs correctly, but also understanding the game rules... in just 32 seconds. 🤯 I can already see how competitive this game could get. What will make it interesting is when we have images with vastly larger numbers. Counts would start lower, in the dozens, but there's no reason they couldn't end up in the hundreds, even thousands. Well, maybe not thousands. I do want to keep the games entertaining. 😄 Does the community like this game? If so, I'll develop it out in coming days and add it into the roster.
