At the same time, I’d run fast, lightweight experiments with normie channels like /c/music or /c/ai to test broader appeal. I’d build a scalable playbook for launching new channels, turning it into a repeatable system powered by community leaders. Throughout, I’d stay laser-focused on core engagement metrics like DAU/WAU, retention, and shares, while shaping Noice into a brand that feels alive, playful, and deeply internet-native.
