Going to draw a winner before the /perl  deadline tonight.

Has anyone built a frame that randomly selects a raffle winner? 

(Criteria for eligibility: liked and followed a cast.)

Proof of concept

Put in the url, get the winner and a link to a page that shows the math. It doesn't cover "following variant" as I haven't found a fast way to return entire lists of followers without pagination (maybe @neynar can help)?

The randomness here is going to come from the message hash of the person posting the frame, so there is a nice element of randomness.

Many ways to improve, including my favorite which is mint the results to an NFT to the winner, with all the verifiable math in the metadata
