best part about working for @dwr.eth is he generally leaves me alone and lets me do my thing unless i need him to unblock me. daily team standups + weekly company meetings keep me aligned on top priorities. personal preference for no regular 1:1s. high trust management made founder -> employee transition easy for me

This was exactly the philosophy/management style I experienced as an IC in the early Coinbase days. My manager specifically told me his role was to unblock me, and trusted me to reach out at the appropriate times. Worked really well.

at coinbase had 1 manager with that style and 2 that did not, def prefer the hands off management
