i just can’t play because i spend more time being frustrated about something not being in the dictionary than i do finding words that work haha

a valid complaint from a wordler

do you think we should match the dictionaries?

- answer words are the same (with 1 exception, wonder if you know which one)
- allowed guesses are much more restricted on our side (more frustration, less average guesses)

is it worth it to you even if you know it's never be a valid answer?

hmmmm. you're asking like the player already knows that it's not a valid answer. But most of us here are not native speakers, and sometimes we think that we know that some words should be valid but are not and vice versa.

the final answer word set is a subset of all allowed guesses in wordle (and framedl, superset being much larger in wordle)

shouldn't it be in the pool of words if the system accepts it? am i missing something here? 😅

i mean imagine using it as a starter word and secretly hoping one day you'll get that hole-in-one only to discover later on it's never an option
