Guys, I finished this monster core workout and I genuinely canโt feel my tummy ๐ญ Superset - no rest: single leg crunches, in & outs & leg raises Three rounds, No mercy Closed it out with a killer plank hold ๐ฅ๐ฎโ๐จ Itโs been over an hour and my insides still havenโt checked in ๐ฉ๐ โ๏ธ Highly recommend if youโre trying to disappear (get snatched) by summer ๐
