I was eating a lot of bread and sugar. I'm removing that. Instead of bread I eat more tortillas. Also removing processed food. And I'm adding a lot of fruits.

Yes. I was sick a few days ago because I was working too much, don't sleeping and eating so bad. Need to take more care of my health now.
