I am browsing through my folders this morning, partly to self-soothe, partly just to keep my mind busy - to not feel what I am feeling right now.

I find myself in a space where I don’t know how to be useful. Photography is my language, my gift in making people feel seen and heard. But today, I feel useless. I have no tools.

Lately, I have been spending a lot of time just sitting in silence and meditating. Waiting for something to reveal itself - a shift, an answer, anything really.
