Here's the solution to the airdrop issue and how airdrops should be done

>team builds a product pre token TGE - perhaps they never even mention a token being possible, perhaps they even explicitly say it will never happen

>team invites people to use their product and test it out

>we use their product, beta testers effectively

>surprise airdrop to people who used the product

the best airdrops historically have been ones we never saw coming

if you tell people you get an airdrop for using your product, you get the wrong type of users

if you just build a great product instead, people will want to use it naturally

Pudgy was my biggest airdrop in the past year, even compared to multiple L2 launches I used extensively and qualified for. Had zero expectations for Pudgy as I didn’t even hold the NFT. Ended up buying a Lil Pudgy with it and exploring their ecosystem deeper for a couple months.
