One more week till I attend my first running clinic 🏃🏾🏃♂️🏃🏾♀️💨 Fun fact: prosthetic running blades are usually made out of carbon fibre and have energy returning properties. That means they essentially help the athlete build more speed! They have to train to learn how to stop or they might just keep going, till sauce fatigue 😅
